All lectures are open to the public. Admission $5.00. WHS members free.

Sunday, January 10, 2:00 p.m.:  “Your Historic Home” with architectural historian Jack Anderson, who will discuss the National Register of Historic Places as well as what to do (and what not to do) when renovating a historic building.

Sunday, January 17, 2:00 p.m.:  “The History of Acupuncture” with Glenn Gurman, who will explain how this amazing practice has been used for thousands of years by Eastern healers as well as acupuncture's present-day applications.

Sunday, January 31, 2:00 p.m.:  “Ancient Roads and the Allowance Lands” with surveyor Gordon Tuthill, who will discuss ancient roads in the greater Woodstock area.

Sunday, February 7, 2:00 p.m.:  “Woodstock Ski History" with Jonathan Robinson who will discuss ski history and share memorbilia from his personal ski collection.
Sunday, March 21, 2:00 p.m.:  "Three New England Sculptors: Hiram Powers, Daniel Chester French, and Augustus Saint-Gaudens" with artist Charlet Davenport, who will share insights on the lives and works of these three sculptors with New England connections.
Sunday, April 19, 2:00 p.m.:   To be announced.
Monday, May 17, 7:00 p.m.:  "The Role of the Robbins & Lawrence Armory in Windsor's Industrial Revolution" with Ann Lawless of the American Precision Museum, who will talk about early industrialization in Windsor, Vermont.

Monday, June 15 , 7:00 pm:  To be announced.

Monday, July 20, 7:00 p.m.:   To be announced.

Monday, August 16, 7:00 p.m.:  "Gems and Jewelry:  Magic and Myth" with renowned author and gem expert Antoinette Matlins.

Sunday, September 12, 2:00 p.m.:    "The Woodstock Country Club:  1895-1905" with surveyor Bob Holt. This event will include a PowerPoint slide program followed by an optional walking tour of the Mount Peg area.

Sunday, October 17, 2:00 p.m.:   "The History of Funeral Customs" with historians Euclid and Priscilla Farnham.

Sunday, November 14,  2:00 p.m.:   "The Farmily in Early Art" with Jamie Franklin, curator of the Bennington Museum.
Sunday, December 12, 2:00 p.m.:  To be announced.
